Teams Self-Service can be installed as an app in your Teams program. That way, you have the tool at your fingertips when you need it. The app is located in the official app store in Teams and is called TDC Erhverv.
Here's how you do it:
1. Access Teams on your computer.
2. Click the three dots (or Apps at the bottom), search for tdc erhverv and click on the TDC Erhverv app.
3. Click the purple button Add.
The Teams Self-service app is now added, and you can find it by clicking the three dots.
You can also add the app in the side menu - for instance just below Files.
However, it requires that your IT administrator tampers a little in your global Teams settings, i.e. the settings that apply to everyone in your organization. Read more here.
