Urgent problems outside business hours

However, before you call, please check our status page status.sky.tdc.dk.
If you still want to call us, we recommend that you first create a ticket with information about the incident using the contact form right here or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then look into the matter as soon as possible - cf. your support agreement with us.
We are also ready to block SIM cards around the clock on 7733 7171. However, you can also block - and re-order - SIM cards in our Self-service.
