How do I contact TDC Business Cloud Support?

There are several ways to contact us:

If you are logged into our Self Service you can also create a support request there - and of course IM us.

TDC Business Cloud Support is open every weekday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Urgent problems outside business hours

In the event of urgent issues, you can always reach us at +45 7733 7171.

However, before you call, please check our status page

If you still want to call us, we recommend that you first create a ticket with information about the incident using the contact form right here or by e-mailing We will then look into the matter as soon as possible - cf. your support agreement with us.

We are also ready to block SIM cards around the clock on 7733 7171. However, you can also block - and re-order - SIM cards in our Self-service.
