Sure, but if you do use a Certificate Authority Authorization Record (CAA), it is important that you add Comodo as the Certificate Authorizer (CA).
This is done by adding a new CAA record to your public DNS for the domains that you use for your Skype for Business solution with us.
If you fail to do this - and create a CAA record - it will have the effect that you will block the domain ordering process. Comodo will not be able to issue the certificate as they do not have permission to do so.
