This guide shows you how to log in, find and use call recordings made in Recording - both as ordinary user and in the role 'supervisor'.
Hwo to log on
- Go to the website recording.sky.tdc.dk
- Type in the e-mail you use to log on to Skype for Business in the field Username.
- Enter the password you use to log on to Skype for Business in the field Password.
- Click the Log on button
How to find recordings
Click the search button in the top left corner.
You can refine the search with date ranges, duration, time of day, direction, phone numbers and internal names as initials.
You can only see and listen to conversations made to or from your own Skype for Business.
How to listen to recordings
You can listen to recordings by clicking on a specific recording in the list of conversations. Click the play button on the left side of the actual conversation.
A new bar is shown in the button of the browser. Here you can start/stop, jump back and forward in the conversation.
How to download and forward recordings (only for supervisors)
You can download a specific conversation if you tick it in the recordings list and click the download button - green down arrow - in the top action bar. You can send the recording by e-mail to your mailbox by clicking the email forward button.
You can also filter between recordings made on you (My calls) or other calls you have permissions to listen to (All calls).
