Your initial login

Once you have reset your password, as shown in Welcome e-mail and new password, you are ready for your initial Skype for Business login on your computer.

How to log into Skype for Business for the first time

  1. Open Skype for Business
  2. Type in your e-mail address in the field Sign-in address and click Sign In
  3. If a box appears with the title Skype for Business is attempting to connect to, simply proceed by clicking Connect. To avoid having to accept the certificate at every login, tick the box Always trust this server, do not show me this again and click Connect
  4. Type in your password in the field Password and click Sign In. If you want the programme to remember your credentials, tick Save my password and confirm this by pressing Yes

You are now signed into Skype for Business.
