Welcome e-mail and new password

When your subscription has been created through Self-Service, you will receive two e-mails: A confirmation of your subscription and a welcome e-mail with all the relevant information you will need for your initial Skype for Business login.

When you log into Skype for Business for the first time, you need to create a new password. You do that by resetting it and choosing a new one.

How to reset your password and choose a new one

  1. Click the link in the welcome e-mail and type your e-mail address in the field. Then click Reset password.
  2. This will send you a new e-mail from TDC Erhverv. Click the link in this e-mail, type your preferred password, confirm it and click Reset password.

You are now ready to use Skype for Business on your computer for the first time.
