Using the so-called 4 Transfer method, you can quickly and easily transfer calls from your Cirque SIM card mobile phone to a colleague.
Requisites
You will need one of the following subscriptions to be able to carry out a 4 Transfer:
- Business Plus
- Business One Mobil Basis
- Business One Mobil Pro
- Skype for Business Cloud Mobil
- Skype for Business Mobile
- SfB Cloud Works tillæg
In addition to this:
- The call must come from a mobile phone or your OneNumber (i.e. not fixed line)
- Your mobile phone must have a TDC/Cirque SIM card.
The transfer can only be done by contacting the colleague. Blind transfers – transfers without the consent of the colleague - are not carried through on an iPhone.
iPhone
Before you can make a 4 Transfer of calls to your iPhone, you need to create a contact on your phone by the name of – for instance – “Transfer” and give that contact the phone number 4. This contact will be used in all future 4 transfers – this is needed because of a limitation set by Apple which regards all Danish carriers.
Once done, simply do the following to make a 4 Transfer:
- Take the call as usual
- Press + add call
- Press Contacts (please note that the call is not on hold yet) and call the colleague you want to transfer the call to via the phonebook. First incoming call is now on hold.
- When you have your colleague on the phone and has his/her accept you can transfer the call by returning to your Contacts and finding the contact Transfer (that you created earlier).
- When you press 4 on your phone the two calls are connected and the call ends for you.
If the colleague does not answer the call or accept the transfer, the call with your colleague is ended and the connection with the caller is reactivated.
Android (Samsung, HTC, Sony Ericsson, LG etc.)
Transfer, merging and swapping of calls is native functionality on newer versions of Android, making 4 call transfer redundant.
Here is the process for older versions.
Receive the call as usual.
- Press Contacts or Keyboard – please note that the call is not on hold yet
- Call your colleague by using local number, OneNumber or by searching for him/her in your phone’s address book or SkyApp. The caller is now on hold.
- Once your colleague has answered the call, you can carry out the transfer by pressing 4 and then pressing the Options button in the lower left side and selecting Transfer. (Note! On HTC phones, the number 4 is only available for calling by pressing the number 4 key in the phone’s display). The caller is now connected with your colleague and the call is terminated on your end.
If the colleague does not answer the call or accept the transfer, the call with your colleague is ended and the connection with the caller is reactivated.
