The PIN and PUK code for your SIM card are in the letter that was enclosed when we sent you the SIM card. You may have changed the PIN number, but the PUK code remains the same.
If you don't have the letter, you or an admin with your organisation can look up the codes in Self-service. Due to security concerns we are not able to hand over PIN or PUK codes via e-mail or over the phone.
As TDC Erhverv Teams customer

As Skype for Business customer
If you do not have the letter, the telephony/IT administrator of your company will be able to locate it for you in Self-service. This guide will show how the administrator uses Self-service.
Once inside Self-service the PIN and PUK code of a SIM card is listed on the user profile under Mobile.
